What does that look like?

Do you spend more time worrying about what people will think about you than concerned about what God wants? What do you do in your life to show God you care more about Him than anything else? What else can you do to show God you care about Him more than anything else?

Do you know what God wants from you? Why do you hold back? Do you trust that God can make you successful like Uzziah?

If pride was the number one reason that brought Uzziah out from under God’s protection, do you see areas in your life you are trying to control (out of pride) and they do not look like God is taking care of them? What does that look like?

If pride is such a big deal to God, why do we not worry about it in our own lives?

In what way today can you influence for good?

By Esther submitting to people in authority, did she lose her personal identity or become a robot just doing as she was told? What good came from her willingness to submit?

Do you think if Esther did not submit or honor her authority she would have been as successful as she was?

Who are the people in your life you need to honor and submit to?
